<p>I took out a contract with MTN from 2011 on number ********** 569 and I was also billed for ********** 579. I have been to the shop for countless times with no help.</p> <p>I am requesting a full refund on the number that is not mine: ********** 579. This is a mistake that has cost me a lot of money for all this years.</p> <p>Ref number: ********** 6 and ********** 6.</p>

My I'd number is ********** 461080 and I hope this will give you all the information if it was kept in your records. My number has not changed and I was in a meeting. Please resolve this matter urgently.

28 Apr 2017, 06:15I went to MTN Wonderpark on the 16th January 2017 to lodge a complain. My reference number is ***6 which was never attended to for update regarding the problem. I then went again on the 6th of April 2017 for a follow up: ref number ***6. To you we are just a number, you don't value our worth. Whenever a person fails to pay just one installment you come with guns blazing but if it is your turn to refund you turn a blind eye. I am forced to take this matter to a higher level because if I had invested this money it would have benefited me a lot.
