Unprofessional

<p>My husband handed in his 2 month old Samsung S7 at the MTN Store in Menlyn on the 5th of November due to the speaker not working. He was told that his phone will be replaced with a new one and he will be receiving a collection code for the new phone, well, I had to phone to get the collection code. My husband was told he will be able to collect his new phone at any MTN owned store, so when it was arranged to have it collected at the MTN owned store there was a problem and the phone needed to be delivered from MTN Direct as his upgrade was done through them. We have phoned MTN Direct to have the new phone delivered only to be told that the person who assisted him with his upgrade can only help him, we have been waiting for a week for him to contact my husband, my husband phoned yesterday morning as well as this morning with no sucess. Please could you sort out this problem. You can contact me to get my husband's contact details to have this matter resolved. I can't believe this unprofessional behaviour and to think that I was even thinking of moving over to MTN, but no thank you. I will be expecting a call before the end of the day. Thank you.</p>
