Unprocessed Sim Swap over 24 hours

I requested a sim swap on 01/10/2019 at about 1300 as my number *** was hacked for the 12th time this year, the consultants blamed me that I’m the one who gave my information away and I found it strange, however they advice that I buy a new SIM card to perform a sim swap and I did then called again at around 1430 same day, they said simswap is being processed and takes to to 24hours for the supervisor to authorise it, I did several follow ups via call to check the status of my request after 1430 on 02/10/2019 and I got different excuses that their systems are not working etc bt the last call was transferred to Luyanda Hlophe who advised that the request needs to be authorized by Oscar Baloyi. Up to date nothing has been done and I’m stressing since I’m a business owner and use that number for business, please assist.
