Unprocessed payment of 27th Feb not reflecting with MTN and an unauthorized card payment taken on 3rd March

I made an online card payment to MTN via my mtn app and money was deducted from my account with a successful status on the 27 February 2021. On the 3rd March 2021 a duplicate amount was deducted from my account by Mtn, the deduction that was taken on the 27th was says unprocessed when I check my bank statement. I called mtn and was told no payment reflect on their side of the 27th. I need my money reversed that says unprocessed but was taken from my account twice. Also who authorized the card payment of the 3rd March.
