Good Day MTN
I have visited so many of your branches and gone as far as visiting your head office for my refund. No one is able to assist, I’ve got a credit R2918.66 which is due to me. I have logged so many tickets with you and have found no joy. I’m rather being referred from pillar to post.
Please look into my matter and provide urgent feedback
