Unnecessary Increase of Charges

Please everyone note than in MTN's terms and conditions, they allow themselves to increase your contractual charges whenever they like and by how much they like, as as many times as they like, as long as they give you notice. There is nothing you can do about it except terminate your contract. (Which comes with charges) "By notifying you in advance, we may change, withdraw, amend or substitute: 1. the contract or the charges; ..."

They have increased my monthly charges twice already this year and it's early march.
