Unlock login details - call centre has no clue

My login profile for the online shop is either locked or I have the incorrect login details. As a result, I either have to have it reset or have the old profile deleted. The number that the website suggests I phone is not correct either. Call centre agents who do not know what to do just transfer the call to someone else to get rid of the problem. Not even the Fourways Mall shop knows how to help me?<br> <br> MTN, please advise

For assistance regarding your online shop logins please contact our technical support desk on 1555 from an MTN sim or *** from a different service provider. Please note the call is chargeable when calling from a different service provider.
