Unlimited Lies!!

I have had the worst experience with MTN as far as their "unlimited" 1 day bolt bundle is concerned. I was browsing the MyMtnApp and came across an "unlimited" 1 day bolt bundle for R40, before purchasing I checked the FAQ's and more information for more details on this specific bundle to see what it entails. No specific information was given about this bundle. I purchased R50 airtime and used it to purchase this "unlimited" bundle. I was unable to use the bundle despite pur9this bundle and decided to call into the call centre for assistance as this is the second time I'm purchasing this bundle and the first time it didn't work I left it as I though it might auto correct on its own. Eventually when I managed to get through to an agent she immediately told me these uncles are no longer available for purchase. I informed her that I purchased 2, 1 in the previous week and the 2nd one a few minutes earlier so how was it not available? She then explained that it's still on the MyMtnApp but no longer on the short code, I accepted the answer she then went on to explain to me that I also need to activate the 1 day bundle by dialing the *136*5# short code but still never mentioned anything of how this bundle works, she even placed me hold for almost 5 minutes only to come back to the line to assure me once I dial the short code my "unlimited" bundle would work 100% I requested the reference ND said my goodbyes , I restarted my phone once I completed the *136*5# short code instructions and 5-8 mins later received the following text message from MTN (Y'ello. You've reached 150MB of your internet Fair usage on your MTN 1 Day bundle. You can still use the internet your max speed will be limited up to 128Kbps) now I know I use a helleva lot of data and when I saw this bundle I thought it would be great but it was the worse thing I could ever do, R40 wasted for a 150mbs, although the text says internet speed will be limited it doesn't work at all! I am disappointed in Mtn and their **** advertising and horrible service. I will patiently await a response to this as I fail to understand how a product that is no longer available for purchase still reflecting on their app for purchase and how they fail inform customers that unlimited is actually 150mbs.
