Unless network company

I have spent my whole morning on a call with MTN and they still they can not resolve my query if you guys don't want to assist your customers just say so and I will change to another provider, how long does it take to process a refund? How long does it take to cancel a contract? Do you guys even give training to the customer service agents? Or do they just wing it? Even the team lead is stupid and can't answer or resolve any query
