********ly debiting my account

Good Day,

I was hoping that someone could please help me.

I have recently discovered charges being debited to my bank account each month for a long time now.

PHOB MP - 868336-4 R 23
ISPB MP - 868336-2 R 38
SOMU MP - 868336-3 R 49

My bank told me that these charges are from elite mobile and they provided me with the number. I made contact with them but they claim that these charges are not from them and provided me with three different numbers who also ended up redirecting me to other companies. I finally made contact with a company called phonebox and they claimed that I app**** for a contract phone by Mtn in 2012 and these services was included but the problem is I got declined by mtn and shortly after that I moved overseas to Australia were I am still currently living and i know for a fact that I never gave concent to anyone to debit my account.

The lady said she will put in a dispute and i am still waiting for response, I cannot afford to make all these international calls at my own expense.

I expect every cent that was taken from me to be reimbursed to my account including the bank fees.

Regards.
Hello derickswartz,

Dear Valued Customer,

Thank you for taking time to raise your concerns with MTN.

Our subscriber terms and conditions do not make specific reference to content charges. MTN enters into contractual relationship with WASP's (Wireless Application Service Providers), and acts as an \enabler\" to the WASP's by making the network platform available and providing a payment gateway. In addition MTN requires that such WASP's be members of WASPA in an effort to bring about a self-regulatory measure. MTN does not have relationships with the content providers
