********l handover

i was previously complained about the service from MTN that handed myself over to vericred for an outstanding balance that is not lawfully owed by myself. a early cancellation was done in Feb 2022 INSTORE, and the officail told me that she will make sure its escalated as cancelled to be allocated which was never done, in dec 2022, my vehicle finance was declined due to adverse itc remarks of MTN, i went into the store and the manager told me that it doesnt make sense because and amount is lying on the system in credit but was never allocated, i sent mails to MTN customer complaints, instore at Rustenburg Square brance, after almost 2 months i approached them and was told i have to pay the outstanding amoutn of almost R2500 at vericred, its not their fault that the MTN official did not do her job, and its my responsibility to make sure its cancelled, that is why i did it INSTORE, to make sure its cancelled. and no debit orders went off after that....so i am being reprimanded for outstanding funds that is ********l, i think that legal department is also not being fair toward myself and are *****ing honest client funds.
