Mtn handed over my account without prior notice. I was even the one who contacted them when I realized they were not debiting. They never called or emailed me since I started the account with them. I urgently need a resolution as I tried to change my banking details and the consultant at MTN mall Africa refused to change them. Now I find out i was handed over.
