Day light ******s,I arranged that they stop debiting.I will pay manually, they go and debit and want me to pay for returned debits.I am left before the contract ends, now the they handed me over and want me to pay R4000.00. I have been asking for the settlement amount since last year,I was told someone will contact me in 48 hours,the retention is not available

I have logged cases and will be told I will be contacted in 48 hours, to date no one has contacted me except the sms. I got HP Attorneys who cannot explain on what bases was my account being handed over. I am paying manually R279.00 as agreed,
