******** Debit order

I have problems EVERY month with my account, my profile says i get debited on the 25th and every month they try take money on the 15th. I get threatened with Credit bureau, I get a message saying i have been changed to cash billing without me asking. Also at least once a month one of my numbers get suspended for no reason. NO ONE seems to be able to help, they keep logging a dispute and nothing. I WILL NOT go onto the credit bureau as a bad payer when you clearly cannot do your job. I have sadly just upgraded aswell, so i am not sure of the way forward, but to my understanding this is ***** trying to debit my account on the wrong date.
