Good day.

On the 15th April I called asking my account to be debited on the last day of the month, then on the 25th my account was debited and it bounced which results to R120.00 fee charged to my account from my bank. And yet again on the statement you charged me R11.50 for a bounced debit

What is wrong with you, because I knew that on the 25th I wouldn't have money that was the reason I requested for a debit to be moved! The person I spoke to confirmed to the change by words only, I guess she did not load it to the system.

I need my account to de credited by R11.50 (bounced back credit) and R120.00 (banking fee charged). Should you not process the above required, please send me the recordings of the conversation i had with Vuyiswa at around 21:30
