Awful service from this service provider. MTN is holding me at ransom, my contract elapsed last year May, but they refuse to close it. I have contacted their team on Twitter, spoken to several service champions and sent their legal department over 8 emails with my proof of payments, showing that I no longer owe them and would like to close off the contract for good. This issue has been ongoing for well over 10 months, they do not acknowledge the payments done nor do they get back with feedback. I am now looking to the credit ombudsman to assist in resolving this matter.
