******** charges to Cellphone Contract

<p>Earlier this year i realised I am being billed for more than my actual Top-Up Contract.</p> <p>After checking my statement I realised that MTN had been billing me for BIS 18 months into my contract. The best part of it is I dont have and have never had a blackberry on this contract.</p> <p>Everytime I call each call centre Agent gives me a different explanation and another Reference number.</p> <p>I lodged this complaint and fault on the 15 April 2016, still to date I have had no response. Everytime i call I am given another ****py story.</p> <p>I am due for a refund and absolutely no one can tell me when my refund will be processed.</p> <p>MTN is the worst cellular network, their call centre Agents are not able to assist at all, each one has a different version and they implemented an item on my account which I NEVER gave authorisation for.</p> <p>If I didnt check my statement, they would just continue *****ing my money and I would never have been aware of this.</p> <p>Please tell me... HOW CAN YOU IMPLEMENT AN ITEM ON A CONTRACT WHEN YOU HAVE NEVER SIGNED OR GIVEN AUTHORISATION FOR IT!!!!</p> <p>To top it all, I have now cancelled the contract and in order to get through to an agent on the 808 number I have to use someone elses phone which is on contract because it doesnt accept non-contract numbers!!!</p>
