Unknown subscription through MTN
I received SMS's talking about my subscription to YD Games. I did not subscribe to the service but received those SMSs saying that i'll be charged R2.00/day. I called MTN and I asked them to cancel, but they could not explain to me how my number got subscribed in the first place. This makes me distrust MTN.

Please note that there are different content charges. One way of removing them is by dialing *136# and follow the MTN play option until you get to manage subscriptions. The second way to remove the said charge is by logging on to your browser from your device. I have attached the below instructions in order to remove the charge:
Q - How do I cancel a subscription?
Visit the ‘My Subscriptions’ category under ‘My MTN Play’ at WWW.MTNPLAY.CO.ZA on your mobile device. Select the subscription and deactivate.
