Unknown R100 under my name from MTN

I’ll never use mtn ever again. They made me pay R100 twice for something they don’t even know what it’s for. I did pay the R100 twice and yet they haven’t removed that amount under my name for a year and till today they don’t know what’s the R100 for everytime I ask them.
