UNKNOWN numbers billed to my MTN account.

I just downloaded the new MTN App to see why my debit keeps getting higher and higher, only to find 3 numbers on my name/account that I NEVER app**** for but have been paying for. How can someone open accounts in my name without my knowledge or permission, and how do I delete those accounts and get refunds since they've already been opened WITHOUT my permission?
