UNKNOWN MTN ACCOUNT

I have no product with MTN however they have been deducting from my account since end of February 2022 up to end of April. have reported this matter to MTN ***** department and provided documents they required but there was not been any feedback from MTN now this account is on my credit profile this has a negative impact on my records MTN needs to urgently fix this.
