Unknown Contract

<p>MTN has a 2nd contract under my name which I have no knowledge of! This has been going on for 2 years now.</p> <p>I have been to several MTN stores to try and get this fixed, I have submitted the required affidavits as well as certified ID copies numerous times at various stores as well as via email to several departments but MTN has not refunded me and the payments are still going off every month.</p> <p>I have contacted various departments at MTN and no one seems to be able to assist! I keep being re-routed to some other department and it is starting to feel like I am going around in circles with this. I have called and emailed customer services, legal, ***** and forensics departments and called 808 but I just keep being re-routed or the issue being "escalated" with no feedback from MTN. Please assist.</p> <p>It has become really frustrating!</p> <p>How do I put a permanent stop to this and get my money back from MTN?!</p>
