Unknown content charges
Hi, first I went to the Mtn shop in Ballito and there is a queue out the door. It looks like 1 small shop isn't enough for this area. I queried my data contract ***)about extra charges and they said they need the sim and can not help me. When I got home I checked MTNSP and saw for myself there are content charges from ***. The *141*5# doesn't show any content. 808 also doesn't work. Please can you stop the content charges. Thank you

We do apologize for any inconvenience caused and for the delayed response.
We have now investigated the content charges on the account and cannot view any local (South Africa) content providers that has subscribed your number.
It could be possible that you've been subscribed to an international content provider or once off downloads has been charged to your account.
We will credit the content charges on your invoices for the month of April & May 2015 and we've loaded a service on the account that will prevent any subscriptions (duration & once) from being activated on your number. This service is free.
We will log a request for an investigation to be done and for us to see who has billed you the content charges.
