Unknown contact with MTN

Hello please assist me I really need your help.Im having a problem with MTN there was a ***** case under my name some one took a contract under my name I tried to communicate with MTN to resolve the issue they said they will investigate it then they said they did and they gave me a letter a clearance later but when I’m checking my credit report I still have MTN I’ve been going up and down to Expirion,Truns union,XDS also with vccb to remove this thing under my name because I can’t do anything because of this thing now I really don’t what to do Kindly regards SC Mavuso:***
