Unknown contact numbers stated on account statements

Received my statements for my account last week, found that MTN states other people's contact numbers on my account that I never even seen or used. After sending them a mail about the contact number I'm still waiting for response from them and it's almost a week now and still nothing. Why state other people's contact numbers on other people's statements?
