Unknown charges to account

Good day,<br> <br> I responded on your comment on my previous post but it seems that you only respond to new complaints and not comments. <br> <br> You responded: <br> We've had a look at your account and see that your data number has been subscribed to the subscription services of My Clab, Cell Fish, Newcloob, Lekker Mobile and Fun Club. These are all content providing companies. <br> <br> They provide services such as games, music, dating services and marketing related content. You will need to confirm for us if you are away of these charges in order for us to log a sufficient request with these content providing companies.<br> <br> I then responded: <br> No I am not aware of that and do not wish to have any subscribed content on my account.<br> Please advise how this can be blocked or prevented in future as I do not wish to have this problem again.<br> <br> Regards,
