UNKNOWN CALLS
My account was billed with a humongous amount of calls not applicable to my phone number. I tried since 3 Feb 15 to get a response from their offices although the requests was made through their Service Desk Manager (refer Req.:*** and Req.:***). I tried to phone, but hung up after 15 minutes of waiting for somebody to answer.
