Unknown billing descriptions "Event contents"

I app**** for a contract online in September with MTN 15G data with a router for R 179.00 a month. I was happy it got delivered so swiftly. First month I paid the R 179. Two months down the line I am paying R 298 for events content something that I do not even know of, the sim card is in the router how did I subscribe to stuff I don't even know. End of January I am due to pay yet another different amount R 338. Which I am not going to pay. None of the consultants even know what the money is for, apparently it is for unlimited usage which is a lie because I called several times to reaffirm that there is limit to this package and yes was confirmed. But when I check online what is events contents it is a subscription of some sort clearly nobody knows why am I being for what I didn't apply for. I have a ref number when I check the status of my query of the 14th January 2025 it is apparently pending. This absurd I received the sim card with the router how is it that it has subscriptions @MTN please fix this.
