I am very frustrated with MTN <br> <br> My husband had a contract with MTN and he could not pay until they took legal actions against him ,finally we manged to settle the account in April 2015 but now all of the sudden he gets a statement saying he is in arrears of 440 ..for what ??? we do not know<br> <br> Can i get clarity on this<br> the letter says the account number is : A***<br> <br> <br>

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with our service.
Please take note that the account invoices has only been generated until September 2014 due to the account handed over to legal. Payments has been received and allocated to the account.
This account only expired 2015-11-18 due to the fact that the last invoice generated was for September 2014 the account has been debited with the subscription fee from October 2014 until September 2015 due to this invoices period part of the 24 month contract. The invoices for October and November 2015 has been added the and not as yet paid. The account balance is now R805.00. Please make the payment once the payment reflect we can convert to prepaid.
