unknowledgeable staff who dont know how to do the job

I have now been to MTN a million times to do a transfer. how is it that no one can do their job and actually get it done? 2 years later and 2 MTN stores later and im still struggling to get my phone transferred into my name. HOW ARE PEOPLE EMPLOYED WHO DONT EVEN KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOB???????????????????????
