unkept statement/statements not receibed

<p>ive been having one and the same problem for last 6 months as mnt no longer sent me email.i contact mtn 808 monthly to request the email with a link to my statement but all the agents sames not knowing what they have to say ..all of them will escalate the matter but still no feedback..they good in sending me remainders that am due for upgrade while they dont even make me happy...few charges that i always question and still dont get answer.</p> <p>i dont need anyone to call me ..they must just refer back to the system and see all the notes of my calls and sent me what i requested from jan 2017</p> <p> ********** 773</p>
