UNJUST ENRICHMENT

<p>I have recently purchase BIS on a Blackberry Z3 not realising that BIS wont work on this device. i called the call centre and questioned why they advertise this service when it is no longer active. i got the response that it does work on about 1 out of 10 devices!!!! i then stataed that i was unsatisfied because now i have lost a 59rand because of this no disclosure of information. i was then promptly promised a refund on my airtymm. Two calls and two weeks later and i have recieved no refund. I called in again, and was told even though i waqs promised by a a representative of the company tahti would recieve a refund i would in fact be getting NO REFUND at all as i should have been aware that BIS has been discontinued.</p> <p> </p> <p>i can not understadn why MTN would advertise and make this option available when it does not work or has been deactivated. the only answer is unjust enrichment. how can you charge me for a service when i get nothing in return adn then refuse to give me my money back, you wouldnt even be losing any money yourself.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is an injustice and not only is it bad practice and bad service but very ********* as well.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
