Unjust Charges and Poor Service: My Frustrating Experience with MTN

I just had a *****ulent experience with MTN. I was expecting to receive an iPhone 13, but it was never delivered. When I inquired at an MTN store, I was told that the order was canceled because the delivery company couldn't reach me. However, they failed to mention that they had already initiated an MTN data contract plan. Today, I visited a different MTN store to ask about the prompt I keep receiving that says 'I already have a contract with MTN.' I haven't received anything from MTN, so why am I being charged for something I never received? To make matters worse, I discovered that I can't even cancel the contract in-store.
