UNISA/MTN SIM NOT MIGRATED BACK TO PREPAID

Good evening, I lost my phone today and tried doing a sim swap. However, I am unable to do so because I used my personal / work sim card for the unisa/mtn data contract. On the 21st or 22nd July 2020 I sent an email to *** but the sim is till not migrated to prepaid as requested.

This is serious frustration on my side and affecting my work. Please urgently assist.

MTN is still giving me the runaround to migrate my sim back to prepaid so that I can do a sim swap and be able to work. This is frustrating!!!
