Unimpressed with MTN

Mtn provided me with a router that wasnt working , I returned the device within a week and this was before the first debit order , upon receiving the device they continued to debit money from my account which they said they would refund me but instead they are charging me 3000 for cancellation. I would not recommend anyone to join this network. customer service is horrible
