Unimpressed

I purchased a phone with a new mtn sim on Tuesday 7June 2016. As soon as I switched it on I received an sms from Mtn saying ... Welcome! Your number is ********** . For a SIM Swap: Dial *173*3# or call 173. New SIMs: Recharge with R30 today and get R60 Airtime plus 100MB. TsCs. I then recharged with R30 airtime & I did not receive this R60 airtime & 100mb data. I've called the customer care several times & they keep telling me that my "case" is under investigation. Case? How long does it take to load airtime that you promised someone? This is just ridiculous that I have to wait days for this. Mtn stop lying to your customers. I've never experienced this with any other network

I'm not really sure what your definition of urgent is but mine is clearly totally different. A week later& ive still had no response from anyone from MTN. That so called "call back" never happened. Can someone who knows what theyre hired for at MTN please have the decency to contact me regarding this issue.
