Unhelpfull customer services..

I give up on Mtn. I signed a contract for a cell phone which comes with 1gig data bundle and 25 minutes voice calls but on my contract am being a boaster bundle which is cost me R448 per month yet my contract was supposed to be of R349 without the boaster bundle. I tried to call the customer care since May this year and I was told my query has been resolved but to my surprise they still charging the R448 including that boaster bundle. Here are my query ref *** and the current one is REQ ***. I used to a proud mtn customer but now I give up 😭
