Unhelpfull

I had a contract account with you guys which you handed over to MBD as well as VVM. I made arrangements with MBD and every month they debit my account to settle the money I owe MTN you guys also handed me over to VVM who calls me non stop and send me emails daily threating me and also demanding payment. How is it that I can be collected by two companies and I went to your branch and was advised that you guys would contact VVM but nothing has been done. They need me to get a statement or letter from MBD whom I cannot seem to get a hold of and always being transferred from one department to another. This is affecting my credit rate and why should I now pay for an error MTN has made and why you not speak to VVM and tell them to close their file as MBD is sorting out the matter. The staff at your branch are unhelpful and told me to call MBD as the matter is out of your control but how can I sort this out when I cannot reach MBD and get them to provide me with a bill statement that I can send to VVM. I am now told by VVM that they are giving me 21 days to sort this out!!!!!
