Unhelpful,Disgusted with service delivery

I am struggling with network coverage at my home.After complaining and asking for help numerous times from my local MTN I phoned the MTN Booster help line.My calls have been taken but nothing done to solve this problem. The call centre would not even come back to me or allow me to speak to their supervisor even though i have been calling every day. MTN USED to be a good choice,but im now seriously regretting being in a contract with them.
