Unhelpful Sales Consultant

So I was on my teabreak decided to go to Killarney mall decided to pop in the Mtn store to inquire about theiruncapped wifi since I'm having problems with my Rain uncapped wifi. Came in the store I was the only customer there. I took a seat and I was ignored for awhile. The guy was busy on the the laptop typing away ignoring me. I had to finally ask him for assistance. He was rude and not very helpful at all, he seemed very irritated. I just took a pamphlet and left.
