Unhelpful, disgraceful service...again

Upgraded contract over two months ago. Part of the promotion was a Samsung watch. The courier company Courier It sent me countless sms's that the watch was being delivered. It was never delivered. I find out that Courier IT is no longer the courier for Samsung so the parcel was sent back to Samsung. I phone MTN as this is their promotion and I am not dealing with Samsung and I am put through to a number of people nobody is interested in helping me. I want MTN to sort this out. I am sick and tired of the shocking service from MTN.
