Unhelpful consultants at MTN Baywest

my ex partner changed his contract with the Baywest branch in Port Elizabeth, but by accident he used my number, i notified him of the issues, and he went back to Baywest and assisted by Delshaad the consultant, she kept on making empty promises to Mr Kennedy, and when i decided to speak to her after 7 days of no network etc, in actual fact sitting with a dead phone in my bag, being a single woman who has to drive from PE to Uitenhage at night without a phone that can make or receive calls, i was told by Delshaad that this is not her problem to fix. i have had my number for over 20 years and all she did was scream and shout at me and NOT assisting with the matter, Delshaad you were quick to upgrade Mr Kennedy;s package but useless when it came to fixing our problem. i am still without a phone and promised myself that should anything happen to me on the road and i cant reach my family. i will be making it public as to how **** your service are. MTN Baywest will never see me again for new packages etc. this problem is still not resolved like i said and it is actually frustrating.i tried calling Delshaad and guess what she threw the phone down in my ear. so much for customer service.
