Unhappy/frustrated Mtn home internet customer

I took out a month to month contract with mtn for home internet and done an advance payment in store on 22nd March 2024. Less then one month later on16 April 2024 my network is suspended and I suspect it to be due to me missing payment on the 4th April 2024 which is date on which my subscription needs to be paid. Now i'm not able to connect to the network even though I made payment for April as well as the days in March after contract was activated.
