Unhappy with the service of MTN and saya recoveries with my MTN account

I’m so unhappy with the situation that happening with my MTN account, I’m done paying the money twice but still my account is still on blacklisted and I can’t open any account due to the account it blocking everything, they keep on telling me that they waiting for paid up letter from saya recoveries, I’m drained coz I’ve been calling them promising that they will send it till today nothing 🥺😫😫😫
