Unhappy with the mediocrity and inefficiency

I app**** for an MTN contract on the online platform. I then recieved a call from an agent from one of MTNs trading partner (MONDO). The application was approved and my banking details were captured. in turn, i was given a reference number MV***0 and told that i would receive an email on the status of the order. Out of curious anxiety, i called mtn just to check on status of the order. I kept being pushed from pillar to post until finally i was told to contact mondo. I did proceed to call mondo but they also sent me back to MTN. This back and forth is rather foolish and time consuming. One did not expect this sort of mediocre half baked service from MTN and its partner MONDO.
