Unhappy with Phone insurance claim MTN

Claim lost phone on the 10th April 2016, did follow ups through out the week. Today 17th April still don’t have phone and they can’t replace the device with the same model. Solution is to cancel the claim , get refund for my claim then open a new contact with another network.
