Unhappy with Network Provider

I am extremely unhappy with their customer service, I have 3 contracts with MTN and I am having an issue with one since July 2021.

I have been calling and keep getting told that they are either offline or someone will call me back. I spoke to an agent at the beginning of January and I am still waiting for a callback.

My contract is still being paid and I am paying for a service that I am not receiving. I even contacted the cancellation team and I still get the same response.

I will never recommend this network provider to anybody.

Their services are a disgrace and appalling.

Very dissatisfied.
