Unhappy with mtn wrongfully billing

Good day I trust you are well please advise a contract was app**** for from mtn ballito store but I did not take out the device or Sim out off the store cause off a misunderstanding between the consultant and me they did not cancel the contract but billing to date I've spoken to the guys at store numerous times but there was no help now that I see that mtn as handled me over to the credit bureau I like to take this up if you guys look at the data usage on this theres no evidence that I used any data please look into this and get back to me.
