Unhappy with MTN, no response to urgent matter

My phone is not working. I cannot buy data for my phone. no service via the customer care line, I have not been able to buy data using the mtn app and my bank account, my phone is useless, and MTN is refusing to assist me, I have sent an email to *** as well, no response. Very unhappy with MTN
