UNHAPPY WITH MTN

Good day. Bad experience with MTN. My Husband has a contract 5 years ago. MTN did note contact him in the last past 5 years and all of a sadden thy started deducting money out of his account whit out permission. He is a pensioner. Her go to a MTN store and thy could not find him on the MTN system. He also contacts MTN Via a WhatsApp number which was provide to him at the store. Abd the same happened thy can finds him on the system. And again, some from MTN call him and sad that her own MTN R9000. the lady sad because her never cancelled his contract. I don't understand every contract with any other service provider is 2 years and then the contract end if some from MTN make us understand what's going on her what can't of money-making stories is this Hope to het from MTN SOON. THIS IS Ridiculous
